 If you are working on youtube or website then you need to cross 10$ or collect 10$ as main balance on your Google Adsense account.And if you are working on  Admob then if you cross 10$ as estimated earning then the pin will genrate automatically.

2.How you  know that your pin is generated

    When you cross the limit of  10$ then you get an Email from Google. When you log in your Adsense account then you will find a new option to verify your address.It takes 2-4 weeks to get the letter in your hand.

As you know on 7th April  2017 Youtube announced for new creators that "You need 10,000-lifetime views on your channel for turn on your monetization"

But today on 20th  January Youtube announced one more news for creators that if you  want to earn from Youtube  then  you need

1000 subscribers
 If you want to earn from youtube in 2018 then you need 1000 subscriber in your channel.

4000 Hours watch time 
The second condition is you need 4000 hours watch time on your channel.

and don't forget that you don't need 10k views now
you also need 10k  views. 


note: If  you are an old youtube and you don't have 1k subscribers and 4000hours   watch time you have to lose your monetization for your channel. When you completed your thresehold you  can get your monetisation for your  channel.
